Award Notification and Distribution

Notification of funding decisions is typically made within 8 weeks of the application deadline. Funds will be released upon presentation of a signed publisher contract. 

Publishers are encouraged to use a version of the model publishing contract. Authors are encouraged to use the TOME Contract Addendum to ensure compliance with funding requirements.

Funds will be transferred to the set of "chartfields" designated by the recipient or administrator. The recipient is responsible for ensuring good stewardship of funds. All applicable university policies and procedures must be followed.
