What we do
Michigan Publishing brings together three groups to serve the changing needs of scholars: the University of Michigan Press, Michigan Publishing Services, and Deep Blue Repository and Research Data Services. Together, we engage with a spectrum of publishing needs across the life-cycle of scholarly communication and provide guidance and assistance to the university community.
We support the broadest possible access to scholarship by promoting:
- openness, innovation, and public engagement with the expertise of authors and creators;
- diversity, equity, inclusion, and a commitment to dignity in how we treat each other; and
- continuous improvement in the structure and transparency of the processes we employ.
