Display a Digital Promotion or Showcase

You can request to display a digital promotional slide on our pair of dedicated campus partner screens in the Shapiro Library. We also offer the opportunity to display a showcase on digital signs in the Bert's Study Lounge, just inside the Shapiro Library lobby. 

Promotional slides

Submit a promotional slide to display in rotation with other content for up to 2 weeks. We cannot display signs that have a corporate sponsor or associated cost listed.

Submit your digital sign request to LibraryDigitalSigns@umich.edu at least 3 business days before the date you'd like it on display. 

Showcases

Digital showcases must highlight coursework or projects and include a connection to library collections or resources. We accept proposals from recognized student organizations, student teams in courses working on group projects, faculty, and campus departments. 

We generally schedule showcases to display for two full weeks (Monday through Sunday).

Propose a showcase 

Send your proposal to LibraryDigitalSigns@umich.edu at least 1 month in advance of your desired showcase date. We’ll let you know about space availability and schedule a consultation to discuss your showcase.
