What's available through the library?

All University of Michigan staff have full library access, whether for work or fun. This includes our buildings, collections, services, events, and expertise. 

Your MCard serves as a library card for borrowing materials and you can log in with your U-M credentials to use online resources. Along with books and scholarly journals, you'll find newspapers, films and streaming video, e-books (including popular titles in Overdrive), and much more.

  3. Faculty and Staff Borrowing

    Current and retired faculty and staff can borrow materials, and current faculty can assign someone to borrow on their behalf.

    Get certain items scanned or digitized.

  6. Recommend a Purchase for the Collection
