Communication and Media Studies
We collect material in a variety of formats that support research and teaching related to the role of media in culture and society. Our materials support the study of mass media, media history, gender, race, and ethnicity and the media, health communication, political communication, news media, media psychology, new media, and mobile communications. In addition, our materials support study of film history, television, radio, digital media, and social media.
For collecting purposes, we pay special attention to the needs of students and scholars of the Department of Communication and Media.
Our collection includes research material in all formats, including print, electronic, video, and microfilm depending on availability and suitability of the format.
