Responsibilities & Expertise:



As the Librarian for Gender & Sexuality Studies, I assist students and scholars studying women, gender, and sexuality in a range of disciplines. I teach students how to do research, and I maintain collections in these areas. I also provide education and outreach services for students and scholars in these subject areas who seek to share their work via traditional and non-traditional scholarly communication channels. As a liaison librarian, my expertise includes domain knowledge of feminist theory, gender and sexuality studies, and research methods in those areas. I am a passionate and pragmatic advocate for open access, with knowledge of scholarly communication trends in a range of humanities and social science disciplines.
