Administrative Support · Deans' OfficeAbout me
I am an administrative professional with more than 22 years of executive-level support experience, including over 17 years at the University of Michigan. I currently serve as Senior Executive Assistant to the Dean and Administrative Support Manager at the University of Michigan Library, where I support the Dean of Libraries, Lisa Carter, and lead a team of administrative professionals with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and improving operational effectiveness.
I am also an active speaker, facilitator, thought leader, and mentor in the executive support field. I have presented at national conferences, including those hosted by NAPAHE, on topics such as embracing generative AI, with a focus on ethics in administrative roles and mastering strategic calendaring. I currently serve on NAPAHE’s Conference Planning and Professional Development Committees, where I collaborate with peers across the country to share best practices and support professional growth.
