I provide reference assistance and research support to the U-M community through Ask a Librarian chat, email, and consultation services. I supervise the graduate students who help staff Ask a Librarian chat and coordinate their hiring, training, and assist with scheduling. I am on the Citation Management Team and support the usage of EndNote and Zotero for the U-M community. 

I received an MSI specializing in Library Science and a BA in English Literature from the University of Michigan.
