My job in interlibrary loan (ILL) is to search for and obtain library materials not available from U-M Library. I work as part of a team to fill requests from U-M students, faculty and staff in need of these materials for learning, teaching, research, and patient care. My ILL colleagues and I get these materials from libraries, museums and other institutions all across the country and worldwide. We provide access to these materials in the form of loans (for physical items such as books or CD's) or scans (for articles or chapters).

I am a U-M alum and worked for the Ann Arbor District Library before joining U-M Library in 2015.
