Check out materials and special equipment, pick up requests, and more.
Located in the center of the lobby on floor 1 of the Shapiro Library.
Staff are available to provide library services during the desk's posted hours.
Access our collections
Pick up books and other materials requested for delivery to the Shapiro Library here.
You’ll also come to the desk to check out materials you’ve gotten off the shelves. In addition, a self-checkout machine is available all hours the building is open.
You can also return materials, ask for help finding a particular title, and place requests for items in our collection.
Equipment checkout
We have whiteboard markers, bike pumps, various adapters, laptop locks, and CD/DVD/Blu-ray external drives with headphones available for checkout.
Late night transportation
The Shapiro Library is a pickup location for SafeRide. Our staff can help coordinate your ride.
