I am a Library Operations Service Support Manager. I manage the 3 Information Services desks within the Shapiro Undergraduate and Hatcher Graduate Libraries.

I am a graduate of Albion College. Albion is a small and very challenging private liberal arts college.  I received my degree in 1998. When I finished school, I immediately accepted a position at the University of Michigan's Art Architecture & Engineering Library as an Access Services assistant in January of 1999.  I became the supervisor of the Shelving Department at the Taubman Medical Library 14 months later. In October of 2006, I became a senior supervisor of Reserves and Circulation for the Taubman Medical, Dentistry, and Public Health libraries. In December of 2009, I returned to the Art, Architecture & Engineering Library as the Head of Access Services. In 2010 I joined the Access Services team at the Music Library as manager of Circulations and Reserves. In 2018, I joined the staff at the Hatcher Graduate Library.
