I joined Library Technical Services in June 2020 as the Library Services Platform Training Manager to lead the development of necessary training as part of the University of Michigan Library’s migration from Aleph to our new LSP, Alma . My responsibilities entail outlining a multi-level plan to provide training related to LSP use, digital accessibility alignment, and future course development for all library employees. 

Using incorporated change management principles I engage in unit workflow examination and revision in partnership with staff stakeholders, develop and implement small group and peer-based training opportunities, and map training needs for individual library units. I maintain our Canvas Alma training course, and have Canvas administrative permissions to assist our wider UM community with their use of Canvas.  I am currently one of the co-chairs of the Alma Coordinating Committee (with Ellen Mueller), and chair of the Library eLearning Committee (FY25).
