Booking priority

We accommodate requests from the School of Music, Theatre & Dance community in the following order of priority:

  1. Library-related instruction, single session or multi-session courses that need extensive use of Music Library materials, and graduate-level seminars
  2. Examinations and faculty and staff meetings
  3. Group study, especially for exams or collaborative projects

The seminar room operates independently of the school's scheduling system and is not considered to be a regular classroom. Instructors of regular Music, Theatre & Dance courses may, however, inquire about occasional or even semester-long use of the space.
