Get help with requests for scans and interlibrary loans from other institutions. We can also help you track down hard-to-find items or make special requests.

We are here to answer questions about items on your ILLiad account. 

This might include making a request to keep an item longer, reporting a lost item, or anything else related to your account or loans.
