Hatcher construction

Construction is happening around much of the Hatcher Library, but both the north and south entrances are open.
As with any construction project, dates and impact may shift. This page was last updated 09/16/2025.
Hatcher north entrance
The east entrance ramp off the Diag is being rebuilt to make it accessible. Follow the detour signs, and please go around the building to use the accessible south entrance as needed.
Hatcher south tower
Window replacement work impacting public spaces was completed in July, though work continues in nonpublic spaces and brickwork continues on the exterior.
