I'm the User Support Specialist for HathiTrust Digital Library, and am a part of the Collections & Access Team (CAT) at HathiTrust. I lead the HathiTrust User Support team.

Before working at HathiTrust, I worked for six years as a circulation assistant followed by thirteen years as the manager of the Computer & Video Game Archive at the Art, Architecture & Engineering Library. I have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Michigan, and a Master's Degree in Library & Information Science from Wayne State University. I also have a Graduate Certificate in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University, and a certificate in Data Science through the Microsoft Professional Program.
